THE OFFER

What is the National Dining / Takeaway Network offer?

We’ve partnered up with 1000s of local restaurants in the UK and are thrilled to offer a £5 off voucher redeemable at local participating restaurants near you!

This means, you will be able to redeem £5 off your meal (with a minimum spend of £20 redeemable on food and soft drinks). Individual restaurants may be subject to their own T&C’s so please check these before redeeming.

REGISTRATION

How do I register?

  1. Visit www.nationaldiningnetwork.co.uk
  2. Enter your name, email address and unique code (this has been emailed to you).
  3. Select a restaurant near you and click ‘redeem’
  4. Present your QR code voucher in restaurant or quote the voucher code if ordering by phone.

How old do I have to be to enjoy the £5 off offer?

You must be over 16 to enjoy the voucher.

I don’t live in Great Britain. Can I still enjoy the £5 off?

Unfortunately, only residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) can use the voucher.

I wasn’t happy with the service/food I received when I visited, who do I contact?

We’re sorry that you weren’t happy with service from one of our partner restaurants. Please contact TLC Marketing customer services team via the contact us form here. Please allow up to 3 working days for a response.

Is there a minimum spend to be able to claim the £5 off?

Yes, the offer is valid with a minimum spend of £20 per meal (excluding alcohol).

REDEMPTION

How do I find out which restaurants are participating?

Once you have registered you will automatically be directed to the restaurants landing page where you can browse all the local participating restaurants near you.

If you haven’t yet registered, you can still view participating restaurants by visiting www.nationaldiningnetwork.co.uk.

I’ve changed my mind about the restaurant I want to use my voucher at, what should I do?

The voucher you have redeemed is not restricted to a specific restaurant and can be used at any participating restaurant.

Can I use my voucher with delivery partners such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to use the voucher with third party delivery partners.

How do I use my voucher for delivery or phone/online orders?

The voucher you receive will be a QR code which can be scanned at the restaurant. There is also a unique code printed underneath the QR code which you can quote in person or over the telephone, mentioning the National Dining / Takeaway Network.

What if there are no restaurants in my area?

There should be restaurants within 15 mile / 20 min travel time of your location. However, if there isn’t, we’re always recruiting more venues, so keep an eye out.

I have not received my QR code?

Your QR code will be emailed to you immediately after you click redeem. If you still have not received your voucher, please get in touch and we will arrange for this to be resent to you.

Can I use more than 1 voucher?

No, it will only be possible to use 1 voucher per booking group.

Can I use my £5 off voucher alongside other offers in my local restaurant?

Please see the individual Terms and Conditions for your specific local restaurant on our websit www.nationaldiningnetwork.co.uk.

If we go into a national lockdown again, can I still use my £5 off voucher in local restaurants?

At the time of writing, our local partner restaurants are all open and have taken measures to safeguard customers during your visit. We would also ask that you continue to follow the latest government advice when planning your visit.
